Chocolate Cake
Aaaaahh, chocolate… There are people who don’t care for chocolate but come on, they are very few and very far between, and that’s okay. For the rest of us this cake is a small piece of heaven. Three layers of fluffy moist chocolate spongecake with a layer of dark chocolate ganache plus an optional layer of our home-made raspberry glaze and covered in chocolate buttercream makes for one sinful piece of deliciousness. Since we make everything to order we appreciate a little bit of notice – one week would be nice – it makes for good planning and some awesome treats exactly like you ordered! But we also don’t mind an occasional rush job – just ask us if it can be done.
